											Start Location: Bicycle Therapy | Start Time: 8 AM | This winter, join Bicycle Therapy every Saturday morning at 8am for "The Bagel Ride". The ride leaves the shop at 8 am and lasts about two hours. It's a comfortable and enjoyable paced ride for all avid cyclists. My friend Paris took me on this route and we had a few really nice rides before he was diagnosed with Cancer and passed 5 months afterward, so I've been riding  since.<br/>
<br/>
Route: Vine to 4th, 4th to Lombard, Lombard to 38th, 38th goes through West philly (forget some of the streets), then we wind up in Fairmount Park, up the Mann corkscrew, down to Belmont Plateau and onto the MLK/Kelly loop at least twice, then back to 3rd and Vine by way of BFP to Race, then left on third.<br/>

Mileage: About 25 miles (another loop makes it 30 something if you like)

										<title>Tuesday Nights</title>
										<description>
											Start Location: Memorial Hall | Start Time: 6:15 PM | A fast paced, single file pace line ride for good bike handlers with excellent fitness as speeds may range from 22-28mph. This ride covers three laps around Philadelphia's famed Kelly Drive for total mileage of approximately 26 miles.  Circling the Art Museum at one end and the Strawberry Mansion Bridge at the other riders travel along the inside lane of the two lane road.  This is a notorious ride due to the presence of Philly's best bike racers.  It has also been the training ground for a number of professional cyclists over the years.
