Every spring I get a jittery-tickly feeling that starts in my heart and spreads thru my body; it’s my bike beckoning me to go for a spin with the return of the warm weather. Would I be considered crazy if I said my bike also talks to me? She hums when happy on a ride. All these things inspire me to ride.

I've been to many bike shops where the help was aloof and intimidating. If a definition of therapy is 'getting help,' Bicycle Therapy is just that.
