Matt Goss wins Milan-San Remo on the new S-WORKS + McLaren Venge

So, uh, remember that bike that Specialized announced on Wednesday? Well, Matt Goss from HTC-Highroad just rode it to victory in the 2011 Milan-San Remo Spring Classic! We’ll check the record books, but this might be the first time a bike was ridden to victory in it’s debut race. One-for-one, batting 1000, however you want to say it, the new Venge is off to an amazing start.
How ’bout that Fabian? How’s it feel riding a Trek now?
We won’t comment on the bikes, but the look on Fabian’s face is priceless. We’ll bet there are some very, very happy people at the big red S right now.
