Balancing the nimbleness of a cross-country bike, with the speed of a 29″ mountain bike is one that Specialized does well. The Rockhopper Pro keeps the weight down by using M4SL tubing for the frame, and balancing the front end with a newly designed RockShox Recon SL fork. The Rockhopper is also equipped with the newly redesigned Shimano Deore, which shifts even better than before. Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes complete the package.
